• All salt undergoes regular quality tests from an independent South African Laboratory.
• Iodisation is done to the clients’ specification and UNICEF regulations.
• Table salt is refined and packed in 20kg polypropylene bags containing 500g, 1kg or 2kg plastic bags. Refined salt is also packed in 50kg polypropylene bags.
• Coarse salt is packed in polypropylene bags of 20kg, 50kg or 1 ton bags.
• Salt bags can be containerised and transported by road, rail or sea.
• Bags are printed according to clients’ specification.
